Privacy policy

What we keep

• Your mobile number, to log you in and send codes.
• Your password, only as a scrambled (hashed) value we can't read, and your authenticator setup, if you add them.
• Your credits and their history.
• The prompts, settings, pictures and files you send, and the results you make.
• Basic technical information that keeps the service safe, such as login attempts and how often requests arrive.

Why we keep it

To run your account, make and store your results, count credits, protect the service from abuse, apply our safety checks, and help you when something goes wrong.

Who helps us run Besazz

Processing may take place outside Iran. To make a result, your prompt and pictures are sent to the service that runs the AI model. Other partners help with hosting, storage, SMS and safety. Each gets only what it needs for its part:

• AI models: Kie.ai, which runs models from companies such as Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kling, ElevenLabs and Suno.
• Safety checks: OpenAI and Amazon Web Services, which look at prompts and pictures for unsafe content and famous faces.
• Hosting, database and storage: Netlify, Supabase and Cloudflare.
• SMS: our SMS provider, which receives your mobile number to deliver codes.

How long we keep it

Your files and results stay available in your account, but we don't promise to keep them forever: download and back up the ones that matter. When a request is refused by the safety check, we record your user ID, the time, the reason and the model, not your prompt. Records needed for legal, payment or security reasons are kept only as long as needed.

Cookies

We use only what's needed to keep you logged in and remember your choices, like language and theme. We don't use advertising or tracking scripts.

Your choices

You can delete your pictures and results in your account. To delete your account and the data we keep, or to ask what we keep about you, contact us.

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored only as hashes, and the admin area needs an extra authenticator code. No service can promise perfect security, so use a password you don't use anywhere else.
