Besazz terms of use and rules

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This English text is a translation for convenience. The Persian version is the official one.

Welcome to Besazz. Besazz gives you AI tools for creating and editing content in one integrated workspace. These terms set out your rights and responsibilities, and those of Besazz, when you create an account, make a purchase and use the services.

Before you sign up, buy or send a generation request, read this page and the specific terms of the tool or pack you choose. Accepting the terms during sign-up or purchase means agreeing to the version shown to you at that time. This acceptance does not take away any rights the law gives you.

1. Scope of the services and definitions

In these terms:

  • Besazz means the platform and the service provider operating under the Besazz brand. The provider's details and contact channels are given in the business information section and on the "Contact us" page.
  • A user is a person who uses the services, or who acts on behalf of an organisation with legal authority to do so.
  • Input means the request text, images, video, audio, files and information you send for processing.
  • Output means the content generated or edited as a result of your request.
  • Credit is the unit of use for services whose cost is calculated by the number or specifications of requests.
  • A subscription is time-limited access to the features and capacity of a specific pack. The length of a subscription and the credit balance are not necessarily the same.
  • An upstream provider is a company or service that supplies a model, infrastructure or processing for part of the services.

The features, models, output specifications and limits of each service are as described for that tool or pack. Showing the name of a model or company does not by itself mean representation of, or an official partnership with, that company.

2. Membership requirements and user age

To use the services independently and to make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old and have the necessary legal capacity. Users aged 13 to 18 may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian and within the limits allowed for each tool; purchases and financial commitments for them must be made by the guardian. Use by people under 13 is not allowed.

If a tool or upstream provider has a stricter age limit, that limit applies to that tool.

Account information must be accurate, and the registered phone number or contact channel must belong to you or be under your legal control. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you must have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

3. Account security and access

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, login code and access keys secure. Do not share them with others, and report any suspicious login or usage to support.

Selling, renting, transferring or sharing an account or access key without Besazz's permission is not allowed. Team use is allowed only through features provided for that purpose. Getting around quotas, creating multiple accounts to abuse gift credits, and using other people's accounts are prohibited.

To review financial requests, recover an account or prevent fraud, Besazz may ask for proportionate and necessary information to confirm ownership of the account or payment. Do not send bank passwords, login codes or confidential payment details to support.

4. Permitted use and prohibited content

Use of the services must comply with applicable law, the rights of others and the terms of the tool you choose. The following are not allowed:

  • Generating, uploading or publishing content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or that encourages violence or harm to others.
  • Generating explicit sexual content, or any sexual content, exploitation or abuse involving minors.
  • Impersonation, fraud, deceiving an audience, making forged documents, or producing misleading images or voices of real people to cause harm or for abuse.
  • Publishing other people's private information, or using their image, voice or personal information without permission or the necessary legal basis.
  • Infringing copyright, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights.
  • Creating or spreading malware, unauthorised access, attacking systems, sending spam or disrupting the service infrastructure.
  • Automated data collection, reverse engineering, or getting around technical and safety limits, where no law or specific licence allows it.
  • Reselling Besazz services, access keys or processing capacity without a written agreement.

A specific model's restrictions may be broader than this list. These restrictions are stated in the description of that tool. Trying to get around safety filters or repeating prohibited requests may lead to restricted access.

4.1. Requests refused by the safety check

Requests are checked for content safety. The following cause a request to be refused, and every refusal from this check is counted in the account's safety refusals:

  • Nudity or sexual content in the request text or an image.
  • Any content related to minors.
  • Names on the Besazz restricted list, including politicians and public figures covered by this list.
  • Words on the system's prohibited list.
  • A well-known face in an uploaded image or a generated output.

A refusal in this section does not mean a definite finding that the content is illegal, and it may come from a safety limit of the system or the model. If you think your request was refused by mistake, you can ask support to review it.

5. Prices, purchases and credit use

The pack price, access period, amount of credit, usage cap and any payable costs must be clear before you complete a purchase. The cost of each generation is also shown before you confirm the request, and depends on factors such as the model, quality, dimensions, output length and the features you choose.

Confirming a generation request authorises the stated cost of that request to be deducted from your credit balance. Changing the settings before sending can change the cost. The cost of a submitted request is not increased without your knowledge and approval.

The basis of a purchase is the information shown to you on the final payment page. Changes to future prices do not change the amount of a completed purchase or the amount of credit previously bought.

Credit is for using the services and is not in itself a bank deposit, an investment asset or a general means of payment. It can be transferred or converted to cash only in cases of an allowed refund or by specific agreement.

6. Credit validity, renewal and gift credit

If a pack or credit has an expiry date, a periodic reset or a limit on carrying over to the next period, these conditions must be shown clearly before purchase. Without a clear and accessible statement, no undeclared expiry or removal of purchased credit applies.

Buying a new pack does not by itself extend previous credit or carry over unused quota; the result of a new purchase must be stated in the description of that pack. Besazz does not change the terms of an earlier purchase retroactively.

Automatic renewal or recurring charges are allowed only with your explicit consent and with a way to cancel. Signing up or buying a pack does not by itself authorise automatic charges for later purchases.

Free, gift or promotional credit may have different conditions and deadlines. This credit cannot be cashed out unless the related offer says otherwise. Gift conditions do not limit your legal rights regarding amounts you have paid.

7. Delivery of the service and failed requests

A credit purchase counts as delivered when the related balance is usable in the account. A subscription counts as active when the promised access is in place. A content generation service is complete when a usable output matching the stated technical specifications is available to you.

If a generation is not completed because of a system problem and you do not receive a usable output, the credit for that request is not used, or it is returned to the account once the error is confirmed. Duplicate charges, corrupted files or charges recorded without the service being performed can also be reviewed and corrected.

If a request is refused before processing starts because of a content restriction, the generation cost is not deducted from your credit. A refusal does not create permission to resend prohibited content or get around restrictions.

Refusals from the safety check in section 4.1 do not use your credit; the check is done before credit is deducted. The rules for counting these refusals and for the temporary pause of generation are in section 16.1.

Losing your connection to the site does not necessarily mean the generation failed. Before submitting again, check the status of the request in your account. If the output has been delivered to your account, closing the browser or not downloading the file does not by itself lead to a credit refund.

Cancelling a request after processing has started is subject to the conditions stated before you confirmed that request. No undeclared fee is charged for cancelling.

A difference in taste, an output not fully matching what you imagined, or an inherent limit of the model is not by itself a technical error. This does not remove your right to report a defect or to receive the service as specified.

8. Withdrawal, refunds and payment errors

Your rights of withdrawal and refund are protected under applicable law. In distance transactions covered by the Electronic Commerce Law, the consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal of at least seven working days; when this period starts and its exceptions follow the relevant regulations and the information that must be provided before purchase.

The fact that a service or credit top-up is digital is not in itself a reason to refuse every refund request. If starting the service before the statutory period ends affects the right of withdrawal under the regulations, the conditions and effect must be explained to you before the start and your valid agreement obtained. General acceptance of this page, or your silence, does not replace the consent needed for that matter.

Send withdrawal or refund requests through support, with your account details, order number and payment receipt. Where the law does not require a reason, exercising the right of withdrawal does not depend on giving one.

In other cases, the request is reviewed based on the type of purchase, the amount of service delivered, unused credit, the reason for the request and the conditions stated at the time of purchase. The cost of a service delivered correctly is not refundable merely because of dissatisfaction with taste, unless the law or the purchase terms give you a greater right.

Duplicate payments, payments without a top-up or activation, wrong deductions and charges for services not provided must be reviewed and corrected. If the obligation cannot be fulfilled, the related amount is refunded according to law; replacing it with credit or another service requires your agreement.

Refunds are paid through the original payment route or to a verified account belonging to the payer, unless the law or a documented technical limitation requires another method. The time of payment depends on the banking process and is announced to you once the request is settled.

Credit or access related to a refunded amount is removed from the account so the same amount is not used again. No fee or penalty contrary to law is charged for a legal refund.

9. Rights in inputs and permission to process

The rights you have in your inputs remain yours. By sending content, you declare that you have the authority or a valid licence to use it, process it and send it to the necessary services.

To carry out a request, you give Besazz a non-exclusive licence, limited to what is necessary, to process the input to produce the output, for permitted storage, support, security and to meet legal obligations. Technical providers are used only within the limits of this need and the related regulations.

This licence does not mean a transfer of ownership of the input, or permission for public publication, selling the content, promotional use or training a general model. Uses beyond providing and supporting the service depend, where needed, on your separate consent.

10. Rights in outputs and commercial use

Besazz assigns to you the rights in the output of your request that it is legally able to assign, within the terms of the chosen model and service. Personal or commercial use of the output is allowed if it complies with the law, the tool's licence and the rights of third parties. Any restriction affecting commercial use must be stated before you use that tool.

Generating an output does not guarantee that it is original, exclusive or definitely protected by copyright. Other users may receive similar outputs, or part of an output may resemble other people's works, marks or features.

Before publishing or using an output commercially, check it legally and for content, and obtain any necessary permissions. If a tool has a specific requirement to credit a name, keep a mark or follow a licence, follow it.

Do not present an output misleadingly as a real document, a definite statement by a person or a recording of an event. Wherever the law, the rules of the place of publication or the need to avoid misleading an audience require it, state that AI was used.

11. Platform rights and ready-made content

The Besazz name and logo, interface design, software and content belonging to the platform are subject to the rights of Besazz or their original owners. Buying a subscription or credit does not transfer ownership of these elements.

Templates, samples and ready-made content, where provided, are subject to their own licence. Permission to use a template to build a project does not necessarily include permission to resell or publish its original file. Users' rights in inputs and outputs are set by the previous sections.

12. Models and providers

Part of the services may be processed by models or infrastructure of other providers. Their capabilities, limits, licence terms and data-processing policies may differ, and information that affects your choice must be available in the description of the related tool.

Besazz may change or discontinue future tools for security, quality or provider changes. This does not remove obligations for a completed purchase or your legal rights. If a change substantially disrupts a purchased service, the access status, an acceptable alternative or the related refund is decided with your knowledge.

13. Privacy and purpose of data use

To provide the services, account and contact information, order and payment records, inputs and outputs, usage reports, technical device and connection information, and support messages may be processed. Data collection must be proportionate to a specific purpose and the needs of the service.

The purposes of processing include carrying out requests, managing accounts and credit, handling payments, support, protecting security and meeting legal requirements. Information about cookies, analytics tools and privacy choices is given in the related section.

To enforce the safety policy and handle appeals, every safety refusal is recorded in management reports with the user ID, time, reason for refusal and the related model. Access to these reports is limited to people authorised for safety management and support. A refusal leaving the 24-hour counting window does not mean its record is removed from the authorised reports.

Besazz does not sell your files and ideas, and does not use them for advertising or public display without permission. Signing up or sending a file is not consent to such use. Publishing your work as an example, if Besazz suggests it, depends on specific, separate permission.

Access to data must be limited to people and partners who need it to perform a related task. Data is disclosed in response to a valid legal request only within the limits of that requirement.

14. Processing by others and model training

To carry out some requests, the necessary part of the input and related information must be sent to the model provider, infrastructure or technical partner. Processing may take place outside Iran, and data retention terms may differ in each service. Before sending confidential information, check the data terms of the chosen tool.

Besazz does not use your private inputs and outputs to train a general model of its own without your explicit and separate consent. Security processing, troubleshooting and support do not create permission for public publication or free training on your content.

The policies of upstream providers on retention or training are reviewed separately and stated for the related tool. Besazz's commitment about internal use does not guarantee that all models have the same policy. If the chosen tool has a condition that affects confidentiality or use of data, that condition must be available to you before you send the input.

15. Retention, download and deletion of data

How long files and outputs are available, storage limits and deletion conditions must be stated in the description of the tool, the pack or the privacy section. Besazz does not promise permanent storage of files; download and back up important versions.

You can use the account features or support to correct information, delete content that can be deleted or close your account. To prevent deletion or disclosure of data by someone else, confirming ownership of the request may be necessary.

Deleting active content does not necessarily mean all backup copies and technical logs are erased at once. Records needed for legal obligations, payments, security or handling disputes are kept only for the permitted purpose and period. Deleting your account does not prevent review of your financial rights and legal refund requests.

Besazz must take proportionate measures to protect data, but absolute security of any system cannot be guaranteed. Do not upload highly sensitive information, trade secrets or other people's data without checking permission and the tool's terms.

16. Restriction and end of access

16.1. Automatic pause of generation after 8 attempts to make content outside the website's rules

Safety refusals are counted for each user over the past 24 hours. This window is rolling and does not restart at the start of a calendar day.

  • When the eighth safety refusal within the past 24 hours is recorded, the user's ability to generate new content is temporarily paused.
  • The pause does not have a fixed length of 24 hours from the eighth refusal. Each refusal leaves the count 24 hours after it was recorded.
  • As soon as the number of safety refusals in the past 24 hours falls to fewer than 8, the restriction is lifted automatically and generation is possible again.
  • No credit is deducted for requests refused in the safety check.
  • This mechanism does not create a permanent block or a longer automatic penalty for repeatedly reaching the refusal limit.

A technical generation error is not in itself a safety refusal. This count applies to requests refused in the content safety check.

16.2. Restriction after management review or legal requirement

Apart from the automatic pause in the previous section, in case of breach of the terms, fraud, a security threat, abuse of the services or a legal requirement, Besazz may, after management review, refuse a request, restrict related content, or block an account temporarily or permanently. The action must be proportionate to the matter and the level of risk. This decision is not the same as automatically reaching the limit of 8 refusals.

In urgent security or legal cases, a restriction may be applied before notice is given. In other cases, the reason and the way to follow up are told to you as far as the law and security allow. You can request a review through support.

A block does not by itself lead to automatic forfeiture of all amounts or purchased credit. The status of the remaining balance, services delivered and any claims is decided according to law and the result of the review. A claim for damages is not permission for arbitrary deductions from the user's balance.

If the services stop permanently, Besazz will inform users about active purchases and amounts related to services not provided, and will settle the remaining financial obligations according to law.

17. Output quality and responsibility for use

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. The quality of the result depends on the input, the model and the settings. Besazz does not guarantee a particular result in terms of taste, the absence of any error, or that an output is suitable for every use.

This limitation does not remove the obligation to provide the service according to the stated technical specifications or to correct errors attributable to Besazz.

Review the output before publishing or using it. Output should not be the only basis for sensitive medical, legal, financial or employment decisions, or decisions affecting people's rights and safety, without assessment by a qualified expert.

18. Disruption, damages and responsibility of the parties

The services may be affected by maintenance, internet disruption, technical errors, server or model changes, or events beyond control. Besazz acts to reduce disruption, give notice of significant status and handle affected requests, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

You are responsible for using and publishing your content and for respecting the law and the rights of others. Besazz's responsibility for errors, service defects or damages attributable to it is determined according to applicable law and purchase obligations.

No clause on this page removes non-waivable legal liability, the obligation to refund money for services not provided, or your right to go to the competent authority. A disruption at an upstream provider is not by itself a reason for Besazz's financial obligations regarding your purchase to lapse.

19. Changes to the terms

The current version of the terms and the date of update are published on this page. Important changes that affect purchases, credit, content rights or data use are announced to the relevant users through an appropriate channel before they take effect.

Changes to the terms do not apply retroactively to completed purchases, rights already created, or consents you have given for a specific purpose. Using data for a new purpose or a new automatic charge requires new consent where needed.

If you do not agree with the new terms, you can stop future use and ask support for guidance about active purchases or closing your account. Your rights regarding earlier obligations are protected according to law.

20. Governing law, complaints and contacting Besazz

These terms are applied within the framework of the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the regulations on electronic commerce, consumer protection, intellectual property and computer crimes. If a clause is contrary to a binding legal provision, that legal provision prevails.

For questions, error reports, claims of rights infringement, objections to a restriction or financial requests, use the contact channels on the "Contact us" page or the support section. Enough information, such as account details, order or request number and a description of the matter, makes handling easier.

To report a rights infringement, state which content is disputed, what right you have and how you can be contacted. Besazz may ask for proportionate documents to handle the matter and may restrict access to the disputed content until it is clarified.

We try to resolve disputes first through support. This process is not a condition that takes away your right to complain, and your right to go to legal complaint-handling bodies and competent courts is protected.
